We offer delivery 6 days a week, except for Sunday/public holidays. Choose your preferred delivery slot up to 21 days from your order date.
DELIVERY DATES
DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE
Our delivery service is door-to-door. Our drivers will deliver your items to your door or other designated area. For security and safety reasons our drivers are not authorised to enter your home so if you're ordering heavy items, please ensure you have the means to bring them inside.
DELIVERY FEES
- Orders of $99 and above: free delivery, counted on your cart total after discounts
- Orders from $25 to under $99: $15
- Orders under $25: $25.90
Products that can be sent by parcel also have an economy shipping option at checkout, sent by Ninja Van ($5, or free on orders of $99 and above).
SAME DAY DELIVERY
Same-day and express delivery are not part of our free or standard delivery. They are arranged with on-demand drivers and charged by distance. Contact our customer service team before you order to check availability and the fee.
DELIVERY METHOD
All orders are delivered by Tumbleweed drivers in our own vehicles or (at times when capacity is constrained) by trusted third party delivery drivers.
NOTIFICATIONS
When your order is dispatched you’ll get an email informing you it’s on the way. That means it should be delivered within the delivery window in the email.
FAILED DELIVERIES
A re-delivery fee of $20 is applicable if no one is present to receive your order/not contactable for contactless delivery during the chosen delivery slot. It will be arranged at the next available slot/day
DELIVERY NOTES
Inform us about any delivery instructions in the box provided on the cart page. If you forget, please email us at the earliest possible ahead of your scheduled delivery and we will try our best to fulfil your request.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
If you want to request a change to an order pre-delivery, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to accommodate it.
MULTIPLE DELIVERY ADDRESSES
If you want to deliver items to more than one delivery address please make separate orders for the relevant items.
STORE PICKUP
We currently offer store pickup for orders placed through our website. Feel free to select that at checkout
STAIRCASE CHARGE
If there is no lift access and our delivery team needs to carry your order up stairs, a staircase charge applies to orders of 25 kg and above. You select it at checkout.
- 25 kg to under 40 kg: $25 for 1 to 2 flights of stairs, $50 for 3 to 4 flights
- 40 kg and above: $50 for 1 to 2 flights of stairs, $100 for 3 to 4 flights
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Something not right on arrival? Tell us within 24 hours and we will make it right, with no fees when the fault is ours.
Changed your mind? Live plants can be returned within 3 days of delivery and other items within 10 days. A 20% restocking fee applies, plus a pickup fee ($20 or 10% of the returned order value, whichever is higher) if you need us to collect it. Cancelling is free before your order is fulfilled.
