The deep veins in its broad leaves look like\u003cspan class=\"Apple-converted-space\"\u003e  \u003c\/span\u003ea dragon’s scale, hence the name.\u003cspan class=\"Apple-converted-space\"\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eCaring for this plant is close to other Elephant Ear. It grows best under bright, indirect light. If grown outdoors, it prefers shelter from the hot afternoon sun and a warm spot. Watering can be done about once a week, allowing top 2-3 inches of soil to dry out between waterings.
