Delivery & installDo you install the frame on my wall?
For our standard moss-frame sizes, no — your piece arrives ready-to-hang, and we leave the final mounting to you. This keeps the cost down and lets you pick the exact spot and height.
For larger custom installations, commercial fit-outs, or anything that needs drilling into special surfaces (concrete walls, tile, glass partitions, etc.), our projects team handles delivery and installation. Tell us about your space in the Made to measure section above.
What's includedWhat's in the box?
Each MOSS Frame arrives in a protective box and includes:
- The finished moss frame in your chosen size
No water, plant food, or tools are needed beyond a drill/hammer for the hooks. *you need to have the hooks to hang these on.
MaterialsIs it real moss or artificial?
Both. The base is real preserved moss — captured at its peak through a food-grade glycerin process so it keeps its colour and softness for years without water or light. The accent leaves and ferns are a mix of preserved botanicals and lifelike artificial pieces, layered by hand so the composition stays dimensional and reads as natural up close.
If you'd prefer an all-preserved palette (no artificial accents), let us know on a custom order.
LongevityHow long does it last?
In normal indoor conditions, expect years before any noticeable mute in colour, and many of our older frames still look brand new well past that. Kept out of direct sun and moisture and away from damp, the piece can stay vivid almost indefinitely.
CareDo I need to do anything to maintain it?
Almost nothing. A soft brush, a hairdryer on cool, or a can of compressed air every few weeks keeps the dust off. Never use water — the moss is preserved, not living, and water will discolour it.
Keep it out of harsh direct sun and away from high humidity (bathrooms with steam, outdoor walls).

Custom sizes are made to order and ship within ~3–4 weeks. Free delivery on orders above $99 within Singapore.

Yes. Any dimension, any orientation, with your choice of moss palette and wood tone — perfect for reception walls, hospitality fit-outs, retail and statement homes. Minimum size is 30×30 cm. Where it livesWhere shouldn't I put it?
Built for indoors. Avoid:
- Bathrooms with heavy steam (humidity above ~70%)
- Outdoor walls, balconies exposed to rain
- All-day, direct harsh sun (slow colour fade over years)
- Right next to cookers / fireplaces
Living rooms, hallways, offices, bedrooms, hotel lobbies and waiting rooms are all perfect homes.

Each piece is handcrafted to order, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns on custom sizes.
