Our team will carry out the repotting onsite in your space, using fresh Down To Earth organic soil mix, and ensure your plant is properly transferred and positioned into its planter with care. Whether it is a single plant or a heavier setup that is harder to manage on your own, this service helps you avoid the mess, lifting, and guesswork.
All required repotting materials for the job are already included, so there is no need to purchase soil or additional supplies separately.

How It Works
Add this service when purchasing a plant or planter from us.
We will repot:
- your new plant into your chosen planter, or
- your new plant into your existing planter, or
- help refresh the soil of an existing plant setup where suitable
Each repotting service applies to one grow pot into one planter, according to the selected size category.
Service Availability
Please note that this is not a daily on-demand service.
Onsite repotting is available only during our working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm
- Saturday: 9am – 12pm
You will need to make yourself available during these time windows for the service to be carried out.
At the moment, we are unable to guarantee a fixed timeslot. If you have a preferred timing request, do let us know and we will try our best to accommodate, subject to route planning and team availability.
Root-Bound Plants & Pot Removal
Some plants become root-bound after spending a long time in their existing grow pot, with roots tightly circling and packing the inside of the container. In such cases, removal can be difficult without extra handling.
If your plant is root-bound:
- our team will carefully loosen and separate the roots where needed
- if the plant is fully stuck, we may need to cut, crack, or break the existing plastic pot to remove it safely
- this helps reduce unnecessary root damage and allows for a healthier transition into the new planter
For older or fragile existing pots, especially ceramic or aged containers, we will assess the situation as carefully as possible before proceeding.
While we will always use reasonable care and best efforts in providing the service, please note that we will not be liable for damage to old or existing pots/planters during the repotting process, especially where roots are overgrown, pots are fragile, or removal is difficult.

The onsite repotting fee applies if you would like our team to professionally carry out the repotting and setup directly at your location.
This fee includes:
- labour
- fresh soil
- basic required materials
- onsite handling and setup
By selecting this service, you acknowledge that while we will do our best with reasonable care and professional handling, we are not liable for any planter or pot damage that may occur during difficult removals, especially in cases involving root-bound plants or fragile old containers.
