In-House Repotting Service
Prefer to have your plant professionally repotted before it arrives?
Our in-house repotting service lets you receive your plant ready in your chosen planter, freshly repotted by our team using a new blend of Down To Earth organic soil mix. There is no need to purchase separate soil or supplies — the repotting service already includes the fresh soil required for the job.
This is a convenient option if you would like your plant to arrive more complete, better presented, and ready to enjoy straight away.

Why Add Repotting?
Repotting can be beneficial because it helps:
- refresh older nursery soil
- improve the plant’s growing environment
- give roots more suitable space where needed
- create a neater, more polished finished look
- save you the time and mess of repotting it yourself
For many plants, nursery pots and soil are mainly intended for growing and transport. Repotting into a suitable planter with fresh soil can help the plant settle more comfortably into its new home.
No New Planter? Soil Refresh Is Also Possible
If you do not need a new planter, we can also help refresh the plant’s existing soil for its general goodness and growing comfort.
Just indicate in your order notes that you would like a soil refresh.
Important to Note
This service is for repotting done in-house before delivery or collection.
If you require us to work directly at your location, please refer instead to our onsite gardening services.
For orders without repotting service, your plant will usually arrive in its nursery grow pot, placed or nestled within your selected planter where applicable.

About the Repotting Fee Add-On
The repotting fee is only applicable if you would like us to professionally pot your plant into your chosen planter before sending it out.
If the repotting service is not added, your order will arrive in its original nursery grow pot, with the planter sent as selected where applicable.
